Product Sourcing

You send us the details of products like Products photos, specifications, QTY, packing requirements, material, Target Price, etc.

Usually, there is no catalog to you for references. You send us what you are looking for , then we search it direct from manufacture from china.

Regularly, we will speak with at least 12 product vendors in China for each one product and then select 3-5 suppliers that can provide better offers and better fit your needs. You will get a supplier sourcing report within 2-3days typically. You can check and decide which vendor will best match your request.

Get Quotation

We will get a lot of quotations from those suppliers which was chosen as your requirement. If you have your own design or drawing, which would be more helpful, we can help you to find the best fit factory to make your design to be a real product.

And we will analyze their price and factory condition and so on. So that we can recommend best one to you and meanwhile hold 3 potential suppliers as well. Then we will send quotation to you for references. If okay, then go on to make samples for you for confirmation .

Sample Production Following Up

A sample is a standard that we can define whether the product is of quality and to your requirement or not. It is one of the important processes to get your order done right.

we can collect or arrange make samples for confirmation after you agree that quotation.You can send us whole details about it. (Regular they would charge a certain amount of cost for the sample). Afterward, we will check and test on the sample, make reports and record videos and send to you for evaluation. You can place trial order as soon as you confirm that samples.

China Business Trip Services

Some of you may need to come to China and visit to different suppliers. It can be visiting Chinese factories or wholesale markets or fairs/trade shows/conferences etc.

Price&Contract Negotiations

In order to get the best quotes, we can negotiate with the suppliers as your sourcing agent, on behalf of you and your company.We do not have a language barrier, we can talk directly with their boss or decision maker case by case. It gives bigger chance to get better quotes and terms for you.

We can also negotiate based on the sources that we have to get the best sourcing results for you as possible.

Order Processing & Reports

Your order(s) will be closely tracked by periods. You will be able to know exactly what is going on in each period of the order process. You can refer to our weekly reports and case by case photos and videos can be available as well. It will make sure that your ordered products are under control.

Rather than getting surprises from your supplier right before your shipping date, you will know what’s happening and if ever any issue happens, you still have time to let the supplier make up to you.

Quality Inspections

Quality control is one of the key processes to make sure that you get the products what you want them to be like. To monitor thoroughly the entire process, it would involve order tracking from beginning to the end. Apart from this, inspection is another useful “way” to ensure products are of quality to your standard and related requirements.

We provide qualified inspection services to safeguard your order interests. Factory auditing, mid-production inspection and final shipping inspection will make sure the quality of the goods meet your requirements.

Arranging Logistic&Shipping

We have good connections with good shipping agents/forwarders in different locations in China. We can choose the right shipping options and channels for you.The options (shipping by sea or by air or other channels) usually depend on the product category, weight and volume, and shipping time requirements. We can also help with the export document.

Before shipping, we will go to factory to check product quality and lading supervisor .

Representative office

Some oversea companies may need their representative in Southern China to help solve daily local business issues, yet the business may not make it necessary to open a local office and hire dozens of staffs. In this case, I can work as client's representative here. They can achieve to hire a professional and self-motivated staff at manager level, but do not bother to handle all the complicated procedures for opening an office or branch company here, and do not need to worry about local recruitment and administration management for daily operation.
